Prohibited Content: Do not upload files that are illegal, infringe on intellectual property rights, contain harmful code, or violate any laws or regulations. Lawful Use: Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Credits and Payments

Purchasing Credits: Credits must be purchased before using the Service. Pricing details are available on our website. Usage: Credits are deducted based on the number of tokens processed during file analysis. Refunds: Purchased credits are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

User Content:

You retain full ownership and copyright of the files and instructions you upload ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant Shovel AI a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process your User Content solely to provide the Service.

AI-Generated Content:

The content generated by the Service ("AI-Generated Content") through third-party Large Language Models is provided to you without any claim of ownership by Shovel AI. While Shovel AI makes no claims over AI-Generated Content, the legal copyright status of AI-generated works is evolving and jurisdiction-specific. Shovel AI recommends consulting with legal counsel if you require certainty regarding copyright protection for AI-Generated Content.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
